Even though I haven’t met Donna Bradley in person, only through back-forth digital messages, I’ve come to appreciate her strong ethical values and kind soul. She stands out in the competitive field of pet sitting services by embracing a philosophy of mutual growth, which reflects her generous heart.

I recently reached out to Donna for pet sitting services on very short notice. I had an unexpected trip to Spain on March 08, 2024, right before the spring vacation days, and it was challenging to find someone to care for my dog. Despite contacting about 8 different services, all were fully booked. That’s when I found Donna, the owner of Animal Tails Pet Sitting Service, online. Even though she was fully booked, she went above and beyond by recommending Joel, the owner of “Be Claws We Care Pet Sitting,” and facilitating the connection. It turned out to be a perfect match.

Joel did an outstanding job caring for my beloved dog. She provided twice-daily home visits, including feeding, water refill, waste cleanup, outdoor walks, and, most importantly, lots of love and attention. She also kept me updated with pictures and messages on WhatsApp, ensuring I was informed about my dog’s well-being throughout my trip.

I’m grateful to have found such trustworthy and caring individuals for my pet and home. I wish both Animal Tails Pet Sitting Service and Be Claws We Care Pet Sitting continued success and prosperity. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate pet care.

My wife and I have been using Donna for almost a year now. Her pet sitting services is outstanding. We have a 12 year old yellow female Labrador retriever named Ella. When we are out of town we have Donna visiting our house three times a day. Donna will leave a handwritten daily activity report in detail how her visit went with our girl. “Donna’s handwriting is remarkable”. I’ve been using Donna for the past 2+ years for my cats, Mateo and Tilly (who were just kittens when we started), and she’s been exceptional in every way. Beyond coming home to detailed “diaries” of her daily visits that genuinely feel like I haven’t missed a thing, she’s incredibly observant. On a recent visit, she noticed one of my cats was acting differently during a visit and immediately alerted me with a text and video. This is the kind of attentiveness that gives you real peace of mind when you’re away.
She’s also taken it upon herself to check that my downstairs windows are locked before she leaves, which is a lifesaver since I have a talent for forgetting to secure them before trips. Everything is always clean and in order when I get home, and like others have mentioned, she genuinely wants to know when you’ve arrived safely—that kind of care and attention to detail is rare. Donna’s not just a pet sitter—she’s reliable, observant, and the kind of professional you can trust completely with your home and your pets. I can’t recommend her enough!
